I designed and launched an Open CTI app on Salesforce's AppExchange with call logging features using React and Node. I also released a Chrome Extension version of the application. Another project involved developing a Python application to sync user data from Microsoft Active Directory to the Cloud PBX system. Additionally, I created a Salesforce application to generate customer invoices from the Cloud PBX system and integrated it with the Quickbooks Payments API to complete the payment system. For customer onboarding to the Cloud PBX service, I developed an application allowing customers to set up services and electronically sign auto-generated contracts (created using Conga) without needing assistance from a customer representative. I developed an application to display, sync, and order inventory from vendors.

I led the complete implementation of the OptiGST product for a major multinational FMCG corporation. In my role, I was deeply involved in the lifecycle of data management and reporting within SAP environments. I began by analyzing stakeholder requirements and developing an initial data model, and then collaborated with business users to finalize functional requirements. I designed and developed various data components such as Data Sources, InfoCubes, DSOs, and ETL processes from R/3 servers, utilizing ABAP/4 for implementing enhancements, transformation routines, and customer exit variables. I also created queries using BEx Query Designer and managed flat file loading to InfoProviders. Additionally, I developed RICEF objects, including custom programs for uploading Master and Transaction Data, and specialized ALV report programs to track sales within SAP IS MSD. Throughout, I conducted rigorous unit testing, documented test results, and managed the transport process from Development to QA and Production environments. I also played a key role in testing and preparing for User Acceptance Testing, resolving production issues promptly based on ticket priorities, maintaining existing InfoProviders and queries, and efficiently scheduling and monitoring Process Chains. Notably, I successfully implemented Data Modeling for the SAP IS-Media MSD module, ensuring robust data handling and reporting capabilities.
